Job Summary:

The Clinical Research Nurse supports the conduct of clinical trials by coordinating study activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care. This role bridges clinical practice and research, working closely with investigators, sponsors, and study participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day study activities and ensure adherence to study protocols.
• Screen, enroll, and obtain informed consent from study participants.
• Conduct study visits, administer investigational products, and monitor for adverse events.
• Collect and manage clinical data and biological samples per protocol.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional guidelines.
• Educate and support participants throughout their involvement in the study.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience.
• 1+ years of Clinical research experience required.
• Familiarity with GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial protocols.
• Strong communication, organizational, and data management skills.

• Location: Chicago, IL (60612)
• Hours: Monday-Friday; Onsite 5 Days a week; Normal Business Hours
• Pay Range: $75,000-$115,000 Annual Salary (Dependent on background and years of experience)
• Employment: Contract to Hire - ~6 month (1,040 Hours) contracted probationary period into direct hire / permanent position
